– Each doormat is made from luxurious plush velour and features a premium heat dye sublimation print for long lasting color vibrancy.
– Underside is constructed from high quality epoxy for a non-slip grip and extra durability.
– Stain resistant material makes cleaning a breeze ‹¨« use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
– Doormats arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process ‹¨« once opened doormats may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the doormat to assist in the settling process.
Processing time for items may take from 7 to 10 business days. Once the shipment is loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 10-15 business days for Normal shipping, and 7-10 business days for Express shipping.
Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as delays in holiday seasons.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them. Understanding my question was not explained totally. I thought the sizing was going to be an issue; (it seemed very big for an XL) but in the end, everything was fine.
